New ‘Vertical Rush’ training app launched

We’re super excited to announce the launch of a new smartphone app for the Vertical Rush tower climbing event organised by the housing and homelessness charity Shelter.

The new app is FREE to use and has been designed specifically to help competitors with their training in the lead up to the big event in March. There are both iPhone and Android versions.

Vertical Rush is the UK’s original, tallest and toughest tower running challenge.

In its five year history, over 4,500 runners have made it the top of Tower 42 (formerly known as the NatWest Tower), raising over £1.2 million for Britain’s homeless.

The event takes place on 4 March 2014 and if you have not already signed up we urge you to do so today!

The Vertical Rush app is FREE and allows users to time their accents, set daily goals, share achievements and track their performance over time.

Start timing your climbs

To get started, just rate the stairs you are training on for calorie burn, download a set of FREE StepJockey smart signs and put them up in the stairwell.
