B2B Acquisition Marketeer / Growth Hacker

We are looking for an organised and energetic B2B marketeer with a passion for social media and email communications to help drive our growth.

Working hand in glove with our sales team, you will be responsible for lead generation (instigating, deploying and optimising a range of digital acquisition marketing initiatives) for this fast growing startup.

We need a high energy, entrepreneurial, 'can do' digital native with first rate organisational and analytical skills. You can:

  • Think creatively and entrepreneurially

  • Write persuasive acquisition email content

  • Gather and crunch data quickly and objectively to understand what works and what doesn't

  • Work efficiently and productively with others

And you will have:

  • A solid knowledge of email marketing techniques and tactics

  • Understanding of CRM systems and segmented email databases

  • One to two years experience in a digital marketing role or a relevant degree

  • Enjoy working in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments

  • Preferably previous startup experience.

Compensation: £20K – £30K, plus options

Business Development Executive

This is a rare opportunity for a disciplined and ambitious graduate to get in on the ground-floor of a fast moving and well supported digital health business.

Based in Soho London, you will be part of a small but expanding sales team, working across a range of corporate and public sector verticals at the highest levels. You will be responsible for proactively seeking out and winning new business as well as developing existing accounts and will require:

A determined and outgoing mindset

A solid work ethic and the ability to learn quickly on the job

An eye for detail, with excellent verbal, written and organisational skills

The position is ideal for a confident graduate seeking a first job in business development or for someone with experience in recruitment or events telesales who is now looking for a more nuanced product to develop and market.
