The modern workplace has led us all to sitting more, and moving less with unintended consequences for our health. Sedentary behaviour is now cited by many including the World Health Organisation (WHO) as causing more deaths annually than smoking.

StepJockey fights sedentary behaviour in the workplace by ‘nudging’ staff to move a little more every day. We work with blue chip companies all over the world, such as ESPN, Legal & General and Comcast NBCUniversal to improve workplace wellbeing and promote healthy, active buildings.
