StepJockey fights sedentary behaviour in the workplace by ‘nudging’ staff to move a little more every day. We work with blue chip companies all over the world, such as Comcast NBCUniversal, Lloyds of London and Deutsche Bank to improve workplace wellbeing and promote healthy, active buildings.

An exciting opportunity to join our Client Services Team and support our work with some of the world's biggest blue chip corporate brands to deliver our innovative workplace health programme and support the rapid growth of the business.

You will be someone who is confident, highly organised who can pay close attention to detail, with a passion for all things wellbeing!

What you’ll do

The role will be a central line of support for the Client Services Team helping to coordinate crucial components of our anti-sedentary programme to our clients across the world. A typical day in the office will see you coordinate the production of our smart stair prompt signs and work with our Installation Team to get them in place and nudging healthy habits across the workplace. At the same time, you could be supporting our Programme Coordinators to organise exciting launch activation events for our clients making the vital preparations to ensure they are set up on all of our StepJockey platforms and ready to roll out their programme to their employees.

Smart sign production

The StepJockey programme is designed to nudge and incentivise incidental physical activity in the workplace. Our network of smart stair prompts are a crucial piece of the programme’s infrastructure working to disrupt the default decision to take the lift, and nudge employees to make the active, healthy choice to take the stairs.

You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the perfect production of our powerful smart signs from start to finish, creating the live artwork using our in-house back office system and working with our production and installation teams to ensure they are delivered and installed on time.

Client programme support

Once the smart signs are installed in our clients buildings the work begins to roll out a programme of interventions to motivate employees to sit less, and move more during the working day. This includes active campaigns to raise awareness of the risks of sitting for long, and competitive office-wide stair climbing challenges.

You’ll be supporting the Client Services team to make sure this works gets underway and runs smoothly, getting our clients set up on our back office system providing them and their employees access to our digital platforms, including our mobile app and client portal. Once they’re set up, you’ll help to keep our challenges progressing feeding regular updates to our clients to keep their teams motivated on the stairs.

Communications and engagement support

Impactful and engaging communications are key to raising high levels of awareness about StepJockey amongst employees and drive them to actively change their behaviour participate in the programme.

We provide our clients with a toolkit of effective communications assets to spread the word on the health benefits of moving more across their internal comms channels, including pre-written email templates, intranet articles and digital infographics, as well as a host of print media.

A key part of the role will be supporting the creation, ordering and delivery of these key communications materials, working with our Client Programme Coordinators and our in-house Creative Director, to make sure our clients have all the resources they need on time.

General office administration

For this role you will need

  •      Strong communication and presentation skills
  •      Outgoing personality and ability to work under time pressure and deadlines
  •      Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload
  •      Highly organised with good attention to detail
  •      Highly competent user of Microsoft Office applications inc. Excel and Powerpoint

It would also be great if you had

  •    Experience of back office I.T. systems
  •    In addition to travel to London there is scope to work remotely or from home when necessary
  •    Experience/competency on CRM databases
