We are delighted to announce StepJockey will be hosting its first ever competitive stair climbing event in partnership with Total Motion Events, on Saturday 24th November at 2.30pm, at Broadgate Tower.
The Broadgate Tower Run Up returns for its 3rd edition this year, and as well as being open competitors who are raising money for a charity of their choice, some of the best stair climbers in the world will be competing to tackle the 877 steps over 35 floors of Broadgate Tower, in the heart of The City of London.
At StepJockey we know all about the importance of keeping physically active, and the disastrous effect sedentary behaviour is having on global health. That is why we are running this innovative stair climb to help promote our message of ‘continuous movement’ through this stair climbing competition!
We are delighted to have our clients and their employees joining us, plus an official StepJockey staff team, our brand ambassador - fitness expert Juliana Campos, friends and family, and members of our wider community.
All monies raised by StepJockey will be donated to our official partners – StreetGames, who aim to change lives by bringing sport to the doorstep of disadvantaged communities. StreetGames have already transformed 4000 communities, since launching in 2007, and share StepJockey's belief that physical activity is something that should be enjoyed by all.
We would also love to invite anyone who fancies the stair climbing challenge themselves (individuals or teams) along to join us, so get in touch with us to join the challenge!
Your support would mean the world to us and will help Street Games continue their incredible work transforming young lives through sportDonate
